La FRENCH TECH BOSTON Party

The second edition of La French Tech Boston Party (previously Good Wine Good Tech) took place on October 21st, 2021 at an exceptional venue, Ipsen Atrium in Kendall Square, Cambridge. We were delighted to welcome more than 270 guests to interact with more than 100 French Health Tech and Software entrepreneurs based in New England. As our first main event after the pandemic, we had very high expectations and we were pleased to exceed them.

For this occasion, the Atrium's walls were covered with a projection mapping to create a unique immersive experience, transporting all of our guests into the famous French sceneries, from idyllic vineyards to stretches of lavender, or a dinner cruise on the famous Seine. One of La French Tech missions is to help put France on the map within the Boston tech ecosystem, and not only for the quality of the parties we throw!

Our guests had the opportunity to hear from a selection of 10 start-ups and scale-ups with high prospects of becoming global tech leaders representing various industries such as BioTech, MedTech, and SaaS. The audience designated its favorite company by voting with La French Tech voting card, especially coined for this event. It was very refreshing to see these executives court the guests for their investments.

Without any doubt, the highlight of this special evening was the lively fireside chat between Ipsen CBO, Philippe Lopes-Fernandes, and Moderna CEO, Stéphane Bancel. A proud moment for us all, listening to one of the most seasoned leaders sharing the highlight of his exceptional entrepreneurship journey at Moderna, changing medicine forever!

And of course, it ain't no party without a delicious French cocktail and good champagne!

We'd like to sincerely thank our partners:

This memorable event would not have been possible without the generosity of our event, and annual sponsors.

Also, a huge thanks to our team of volunteers, Eleonore, Marie-Kim, Pauline, Anais, and Luna for their genuine support during this event!

And to you, our dearest French Tech community, we'd like to sincerely thank you for attending and spreading the joy to be all reunited again! As always, we'd love to hear from you, feel free to share your feedback, comments, and ideas at frenchtechboston@gmail.com
